Cecilia Dougherty is a master hairstylist specializing in lived-in blonding, dimensional color, luxury hair extensions, and bridal styling. Behind the chair since 2004, she has built a reputation for creating effortless, natural-looking hair through customized consultations and refined technique.
Throughout her career, Cecilia has worked as an educator within the beauty industry and has contributed her artistry to television, editorial, and runway styling, all while continuing to serve the everyday beauty needs of her guests.
Now based in Delray Beach, Florida, Cecilia welcomes clients locally while continuing to serve her established clientele in Virginia through scheduled visits. She is currently welcoming new guests in both locations.
Known for her warm personality and attention to detail, Cecilia’s approach blends artistry with precision to create timeless results — from soft dimensional blondes and seamless gray blending to luxury extensions and bridal hair.
Her goal is simple: to deliver beautiful, healthy hair while providing an elevated and relaxing salon experience for every guest.
